If you're looking to speed things up on your job then perhaps consider the newly improved CADDY® MICROFIX pipe clamp. This is an innovative and efficient device, saving you time, costs and stock holding. It has several new features which are detailed in the diagram below. These include:

Easy & Efficient Installation & Removal 
The unique hinged design, means you don't have to take apart the pipe clamp before installing, therefore saving you time and effort. Removing the clamp is just as easy. Just lift the upper plate to release the assembly screw and open the clamp. 

The CADDY pipe clamp now features a plastic washer too, to prevent the screws falling out during installation. It also has longer ears that position the screw farther from the hanger, improving tool clearance when the screw is driven down.

Reduces Time Needed for Rework
This insulated pipe clamp features a return-lip on the hanger, which helps to prevent the rubber from detaching and eliminating the need for reworking during installation.  

Minimises Vibration & Rattling
An integrated rubber gasket minimizes vibration and rattling and eliminates clamp-to-pipe contact, allowing the clamp to be used on all types of pipe or tubing.

Suitable for Different Types of Pipe & Tubing
The screw length has also been optimised to accommodate an increased pipe range. Ultimately this means you don't have to stock as many variations of pipe clamps for different types of pipe and tubing.

No Tools Needed to Position Pipe in Clamp
A setscrew catches in a locking plate, which means you don't need tools to position the pipe in the clamp. You can finish up by tightening with one hand or by using a screwdriver, depending on the pipe size. The combo head bolt works with slotted, hex or Phillips drivers.

Other Features 
A combination nut can be attached to M8 or M10 threaded rod, helping to simplify material handling.
