Kernow Fixings rubber-lined pipe clamps provide a robust, high-quality solution for securely supporting pipework. Manufactured from pressed mild steel, each clamp features a reinforced profile for strength and rigidity, while an electro-zinc-plated finish provides corrosion protection for dry internal environments.

Both halves of the clamp are fitted with an EPDM rubber lining, helping to reduce transmitted noise and vibration while protecting the pipe surface and accommodating movement caused by thermal expansion. The lining is firmly retained within the clamp, preventing it from becoming loose or being pushed out of position as the pipe is slid through during installation.

Each clamp features a spot-welded M8/M10 dual-thread hexagonal nut and tightening screws on both sides for a secure, even grip. The clamp size and Kernow name are stamped directly onto the steel, making each clamp quick and easy to identify, even after it has been removed from its packaging or installed.
