Insert/Special Channel

Unistrut concrete inserts are manufactured from the standard Unistrut Channel and maybe installed in floors, walls or ceilings, for the support of all types of piping, conduit, cable support and other industrial equipment.
Channel nuts can be inserted anywhere along the length of the Channel, providing a means of attaching fittings or rods where required.

Unistrut inserts are available pre-fitted with an easily removable foam; this is to prevent the ingress of grout and cement.
Concrete inserts can be supplied in pre galvanised, hot dip galvanised and stainles-steel finish.

P3720 inserts are designed to accommodate M6, M8, M10m M12 & M16 fixings.

Cutting positions are between lugs as indicated (A) in increments of 200mm. P3370 Inserts are designed to accommodate M6, M8, M10 & M12 fixings.
